How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery arrives in 3–5 business days and is free. Express delivery arrives the next business day when you order before 2 PM.
How do pre-orders work?
When a size is sold out but more is on the way, you can pre-order it. We reserve your item the moment stock arrives, in the order pre-orders were placed, and ship it straight away. You can cancel any time before it ships.
What is a flash sale?
Flash sales are short, limited-time price drops shown with a countdown. Sale prices apply automatically in your cart until the timer ends or the sale units run out.
How do I use a promo code?
Enter the code in your cart and select Apply. One code can be used per order, and some codes need a minimum order value.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Unworn items with tags can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us and we’ll arrange a pickup.
How do I track my order?
Open My orders and select the order to see every update from packing to delivery. Without an account, use the Track order page with your order number and phone.
